About Image Tools

Passport and visa photo requirements are stricter than most people expect, and they vary by country in ways that aren't obvious until an application gets rejected for the wrong reason — a background that's slightly off-white instead of pure white, a photo that's 35x45mm when the destination country wants 2x2 inches, or a file that's a few kilobytes over an e-Visa portal's upload limit. This category exists to get that photo right the first time.

The Passport Photo Resizer crops and resizes your photo to the exact millimeter and pixel dimensions required for a specific country's passport, visa, or national ID, pulled from official government and consulate specifications rather than generic "passport size" guesses. It also compresses the output to fit typical file size limits for digital submissions.

Once you have a correctly sized photo, the Photo Print Layout Generator solves the other half of the problem: getting it printed without paying premium per-photo pricing at a pharmacy or photo counter. It tiles multiple copies of your photo onto a single standard 4x6 or A4 sheet at 300 DPI, so you can print it as an ordinary photograph for a few cents and cut out the individual photos yourself. Because these are biometric images, both tools process everything locally — your photo is never uploaded to a server at any point.
