1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DevToolHub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, developers, and automated systems that access the Service.
The Service is intended for use by individuals who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may only use this Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Use of Service & License
DevToolHub provides a suite of web-based utilities. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for personal, educational, or commercial purposes.

- You may not frame the Service or use meta tags that imply a partnership with DevToolHub without explicit written consent.
3. Data Privacy & Processing
DevToolHub is a "local-first" application. This means that any data you input into our tools—such as JSON strings, SQL queries, or JWTs—is processed entirely within your browser's local environment.
Your Responsibility: While we provide a secure environment, you are responsible for ensuring that the device and browser you use are secure. DevToolHub is not responsible for any data leakage caused by browser extensions, malware on your device, or shoulder-surfing in public spaces.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. DEVTOOLHUB MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR TOOLS INCLUDED THEREIN.
WHILE WE STRIVE FOR 100% ACCURACY AND SECURITY IN OUR FORMATTERS AND ENCODERS, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE TOOLS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE RESULTS WILL BE SUITABLE FOR ANY SPECIFIC PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall DevToolHub, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, or any other basis.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DevToolHub and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and custom UI components may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.
7. Service Availability & Performance
We aim to maintain near-perfect uptime for the DevToolHub platform. However, because our tools run client-side, your experience is heavily dependent on your local hardware and browser version. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any specific tool or the entire Service at any time, with or without notice.
We are not responsible for any financial losses or project delays caused by temporary service interruptions or the removal of a specific utility from our library.
8. User Content & Local Data Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of any data or code you process through our tools. Because we do not transmit or store your data, we do not claim any rights to your intellectual property. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal right to process the data you input.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the data you process does not violate any third-party copyrights, patents, or trade secrets.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevToolHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this page. Continuing to use the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
